Performance coaching
my approach
“Best performance” is built through consistency, varied intensity and careful planning. This pathway provides a structured, evidence-based and fully personalised service designed to have you ready when it matters most.
What it includes:
- Initial assessment: history, goals and physical testing (in person and/or remote).
- Performance monitoring: HRV, RPE and periodic tests to track progress.
- Season planning: annual periodisation split into macro/meso/microcycles aligned with your competition calendar.
- Load management: progressions, deloads and tapering strategies to prevent overtraining.
- Injury prevention: a constant balance between peak performance and risk reduction.
What we will develop together:
- Sport-specific qualities: strength, speed, power and endurance.
- Mobility and flexibility, essential for quality movement under load and in functional patterns.
my role
I’ve learned throughout my journey that improving in sport is not just about training more, but training better. The “no pain, no gain” mindset can fuel motivation and spirit, but a professional athlete needs effectiveness and efficiency when structuring a training program grounded in scientific principles.
As a Strength & Conditioning Coach, my role is to support the athlete, working in synergy with the technical staff, to help them express their highest performance when it truly matters in their sport.

return to sport (rts)
Returning to activity after an injury is a delicate phase that requires attention, method and collaboration. In the Return to Sport (RTS) process, I work closely with healthcare professionals, such as physiotherapists and medical specialists, to ensure a safe and effective transition from clinical recovery to full sport performance.
Through targeted functional assessment and a structured progression plan, every stage of training is adapted to healing timelines and the athlete’s specific needs. The goal is to optimize recovery time, improve movement quality and reduce the risk of re-injury, providing clear and measurable criteria for a complete and sustainable return to play.
